Order true to size. I have made the styles to accommodate running slightly large to last a little bit longer! If you're child is close to the next size, then size up! Example, if you're child is 12 months exactly, size up to the 18mo would be my recommendation. My 9 month old is still wearing size 6-12mo and I am guessing it will fit her past 12mo. My almost five year old is wearing size 4-5. 

100% cotton. Wash cold and hang dry. Steam or iron as necessary.
